    1. For our protection do not lose your Bidding Number.
    2. All guarantees, if any, are between buyer & seller only.
    3. ALL PURCHASES MUST BE SETTLED FOR TODAY with applicable taxes.
    4. Owners, Auctioneers & staff are not responsible for accidents on premises.
    5. You are responsible for your own items after purchase.
    6. Two or more purchasers claiming an item when sold will be considered a tie bid. The item will immediately be withdrawn and put up for resale and be reopened to bidding from entire audience.
    7. Auctioneer's decision is final.
